Before you book
Cancellation & refund terms
These terms apply to all paid FWB Clarity sessions. Please review them before booking.
- At least 24 hours before your scheduled session: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule at no additional charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show: no refund.
- If FWB Clarity cancels: choose a full refund or free rescheduling.
- Completed sessions: nonrefundable. No particular relationship outcome is guaranteed.
Technical interruptions
If technical issues prevent the session from taking place or substantially interrupt it, we’ll reschedule the session or the remaining time at no additional charge. This will not be treated as a no-show. If FWB Clarity cannot provide a replacement session, you may request a refund.
How to request a refund
Email refund requests to crmconsult@proton.me, including your name, the email address used to book, the session date and time, and the reason for your request. Please do not send card details or sensitive coaching information. Refund eligibility follows the terms above; requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your appointment or issue a refund. Use your Calendly confirmation link to cancel the appointment separately.

Good questions are part of the process.
Is this therapy?
No. FWB Clarity is coaching and educational guidance focused on communication, boundaries, and decision-making. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, or crisis counseling.
Will you tell me whether I should stay or leave?
The goal is not to make the decision for you. We help you understand your options, clarify your priorities, and make a decision that fits your own goals and boundaries.
Do you guarantee that the other person will commit?
No. No coach can control another person's feelings or choices. The work focuses on clarity, communication, and your response to the situation.
Can I use this if we're not officially FWB?
Yes. The framework can be useful for undefined relationships, situationships, casual dating, and other connections where expectations are unclear.

Information involved in our services
Booking or contacting FWB Clarity involves information such as your name, email address, appointment details, payment transaction information, and anything you choose to share in booking responses, emails, or coaching sessions. Share only what is needed for your coaching goals; avoid including another person's identifying details or sensitive documents.
How information supports your session
Information is used to arrange appointments, communicate with you, prepare for and provide coaching, and manage payments, cancellations, refunds, and related business records.
Booking, calendars, payments, and video services
FWB Clarity uses Calendly for scheduling, Google Calendar for availability checks and appointment records, Stripe for payment processing, Zoom for video sessions, and email for communication. Calendly checks the connected Google Calendar for busy times to help prevent double bookings and adds scheduled appointments to that calendar. Appointment records may include your name, email address, session type, date and time, and meeting link. Please do not include sensitive coaching details in calendar entries or booking notes.
These services process information according to their own terms and privacy notices. Enter payment details only through the payment checkout, not by email or in booking notes.

Session recording
FWB Clarity does not make audio or video recordings of coaching sessions, create transcripts, or use AI meeting summaries.
Data retention
Coaching notes are deleted 90 days after the client's last session. Booking and payment records are retained separately for accounting and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Third-party providers manage their own records under their privacy notices.
This website
This version of the website contains no embedded booking form, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts. Booking buttons open external services. Their cookie and data practices apply when you use them. The free PDF can be downloaded without entering an email address.
Privacy questions and requests
Contact crmconsult@proton.me with privacy questions or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have shared with FWB Clarity. Requests may require identity verification. Deletion may be limited by applicable recordkeeping obligations or the need to resolve a payment dispute. Requests concerning a provider's independently held information should also be directed to that provider.
